The company I have decided to follow through this project is Ben and Jerrys, they keep up with consumers on many different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and others. The first things I have noticed after scrolling through Ben and Jerrys social media is their voice on current issue. Often times companies shy away from projective their message when it comes to issues that may be “controversial” for some people. I personally think that it makes their product more desirable. The most noticeable in the last few months has been their clear support for the BLM movement. I have included some screenshots to show the messages they are trying to convey to consumers.
